How to use the Role and Responsibility Chart
1.
Email the chart to each team member prior to your next team meeting.
2.
Instruct them to open, copy to their drive, and fill in the 2 charts.
3.
Compile the answers into two master charts.
4.
Document any differences and gaps.
5.
Discuss together as a team for thoughts and ideas that would help clarify, gap fill, or allow items to be eliminated.
📆 Set a reminder to revisit these two master charts every 6 months as you will find new opportunities to clarify, delegate, eliminate or enlist additional support given to team members.
